Hail Sting (Hail 5) is done and on sale!

Hello to all you wonderful readers!

Believe it or not, Hail #5 (Hail Sting) is ready to read. I hope you dig it.

Visit this link to get Hail Sting from your favorite vendor.... https://books2read.com/u/mZNG5p

I've had a number of readers write and ask when Hail Strike and Hail Damage will be made into audio books. The answer would revolve around sales. Currently, having my narrator read my Hail novels is cost prohibitive, but as the series grows in popularity, more will follow.

Just an FYI, I'm offering a free download this month of the first Hail book, Operation Hail Storm, to any potential readers you think would be interested. Please feel free to send this link to as many people as possible. Hail needs more readers to keep the series going. If you have a web following, I'd love to be part of it.

THE COOL STUFF (FACT or FICTION)

In Hail Stingy, one of the star players is a 1960's jet called the McDonnell F-101 Voodoo. Below is a link to a 1960's documentary about the jet. What's most startling about footage is how advanced jets had become in the 1960's and how poor the quality of video/film was at that time. Here's the link...

If the Voodoo is the star aircraft of the story, then the AGM-65 Maverick missile would be the co-star. This is a missle that was also designed in the 1960's and has an equally colorless documentary that describes the package. You can watch it at this link...

As some of you have discovered, I like to base my stories on real people and situations. Believe it or not, there is a real Halati Tamimi who served 8 months for slapping and Israli soldier. I changed her first name do distance my story from the real deal, but the woman's last name is Tamimi. You can watch the new report at this link....

Check out the futuristic looking Bell Nexus helicopter that was just purchased by Hail. You might not believe this, but very soon we will see standard looking choppers being replaced by these high tech marvels. Believe it or not, Bell collaborated with Uber to build this wild machine.

Wondering how Hail's young crew can learn to fly by simply using X-Plane simulator. Well guess what? You can learn as well by picking yourself up a copy. Fly everything from helecopters to jet fighters, the commercial aircraft. See it all at this link ...

You've probably heard about autonomous driving, where you enter your destination and you car drives to the location without any human intervention. Well, Tesla just released their production software and you can watch their car drive for miles and miles by itself at this link...

In Hail Sting the AIS (automatic identification system) for ships is used, and that you can track a ship, know where it is destined, know its speed, know when the ship will arrive at its destination, as well as creating alerts during the voyage that come to your phone. Here is one such site, if you want to see where all the ships in the world are currently located....

This next clip isn't as sexy as the rest, but to the real hardcore nerd, it will be interesting. This video depicts the installation of a suction anchor that is used when Hail installs the guard towers for his new penile colony. The only difference in this video is that Hail's towers go into the ocean bed but stick out over the water up top.

In Hail Sting the reader is exposed to active armor that has its own explosives andwiched between steel sheets. This type or armor creates and outward explosion that counter acts the inward explosion and reduces damage to the ship. Check out the testing at this link...

Well, I guess it back to writing Hail #6 (Hail Fire). With any luck, I'll have it done around Christmas.

My editors were shocked how Hail Sting ended. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for buying and reading.

Enjoy!
